Free two man delivery in Burntwood, WS7 ONLY, Monday – Friday 9:30am – 4pm

If you pay online we can only deliver to the address stated on your invoice.

Local areas such as Lichfield or Cannock delivery is £10

6 - 10 miles of WS7 £20

11 - 40 miles of WS7 £25 - £80 

We will deliver your item to a room of your choice.  If the appliance cannot be safely moved to the desired room; delivery will be to the nearest safe point.

Deliveries Over 50 Miles

Palletised delivery FROM £65, please message me your postcode for a price.

Your item will arrive on a wooden pallet to the kerbside/doorstep. If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building or as near as possible depending on driveways or pathways. 

The delivery vehicle could be up to a 18 tonne lorry, please advise if this size vehicle will not fit down your access road. The driver will NOT assist you with moving the appliance into your property.

Deliveries are between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. (Excludes bank holidays and Sundays. Extra charges apply for Saturdays and booked time slots).

Collection From Our Shop

Mon- Fri 9am -5pm

Saturday: 9am – 1pm

Saturday after 1pm & Sunday: can be arranged by appointment.

Should you wish to collect, we only accept cash or card in the shop on the day of collection. Online payments will be refunded.

Warranty

This item comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty – please register your appliance either with the card, manufacturer’s website or with the telephone number provided.

c) It is your responsibility to protect your furnishings and flooring whilst your item is being delivered. We are not liable for any damage to your property.  

d) All appliances must be installed by a gas safe or electrical certified engineer. We are not liable for any installation faults which may occur due to incorrect installation.
